My Top 3: Dry Shampoo's

Friday, March 21, 2014

I have been using dry shampoos for years now, they are an essential part of my daily routine. If your hair is feeling a little flat or just needs a boost between washes then dry shampoo is for you! At the moment I have blonde *cough..coloured..cough* hair. However my natural hair is a light brown and have used more specialised dry shampoos. All three products below are best, in my opinion for lighter coloured hair.

                         1. Dove Dry Shampoo Refreshing and Care 200ml
                             £3.06 (Tesco)
I have recently just started using this and so far so good. You can immediately see a difference, it lifts your hair and does not show up with white streaks in your hair like some do.

A transparant and lightly fragranced spray. The bottle is quite compact so it would easily fit into your bag for work or university. However running your fingers through your hair can feel a little bit like you have hairspray in it which is really the only downfall.

This product has to be one of the best that I have used in a long time, it is on the expensive side but for those days when you want your hair to cooperate this is defiantly the product for you. After I used this my hair actually felt a lot lighter and it did not leave any white marks.

Being a student this is really the go to dry shampoo as it does the job and it is one of the cheaper ones. This spray is more power like when it is on your hair However if not used properly and brush through fully then it can make your hair look slightly whitey grey.

Which dry shampoo do you use?

  1. Batiste will always be my go to dry shampoo! There are so many different ones you can get, each with an amazing scent! You have a lovely blog by the way :) xx
